We may not be able to answer phone calls when we are with patients.  Please leave a message with your call back number.  We will return your call as soon as we can.

 

 

We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with health care.  We strive to provide affordable health care service to our patients and to accommodate everyone’s busy schedule.  We understand you have a busy schedule as many do and emergencies do happen.  With that in mind, we ask you to call us as soon as possible for cancellation and rescheduling.

 

If you fail to keep your first appointment without canceling 24 hours in advance, we will not be able to provide any care to you.  For all cancellations and rescheduling, we ask that you call us 24 hours in advance, unless an emergency occurs.  Your early cancellation allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate others who need that slot.  A late cancellation creates a scheduling problem for the clinic and other patients.  If you fail to come to your appointment without notifying us, we have no opportunity to adjust our schedule.  This is expensive for us and affects our service to other patients, and as a result, we may have to assess a charge for missed appointments.  We appreciate your understanding!
